Shipping & Returns

Very important to note - once we have received your order it cannot be cancelled or altered in any way. Please take great care in making sure you have ordered the correct items. If in any doubt about the items you are ordering, please send us an email before you order.

Shipping Cost

Australia - Base cost of $10; plus $0.50 per sock; plus GST.

Outside Australia - Flat rate of $25.

Free Shipping - We are currently offering a Free Shipping Option to shipping destinations outside Australia. Order value must be $180+.

Order preparation

Your order* will be ready to be shipped within 2-10 business days following the receipt of your payment.

*Up to 24 socks. For a larger order allow 10-21 days. For socks with Suspension Pin Holes allow 10-21 days.

Deliveries within Australia - To all destinations within Australia we use Australia Post's Registered Regular Parcel service.

Delivery time - Within Melbourne metropolitan: Next business day. Country locations: 1-3 business days.

Deliveries outside Australia - To all international destinations we use Australia Post's Insured Air Mail service.

Delivery time - 4-7 business days. Can take longer for remote locations ie. away from main towns.

Please note that Australia Post allows the insurance of parcels to most countries but some are excluded. Check this link for the insurance availability to your country:

Simply insert your country name into the search box and click 'Display'. Look in the far right column ('Extra Cover') in line with the Air Mail row. If there is a Dollar amount in that box, parcels sent to you will be insured, but limited to the maximum amount shown. If there is a cross sign (X) or the box is blank we will not be able to insure your parcel and it will be sent by Uninsured Air Mail service at your own risk.

Returns and refunds

Faulty sock - In the unlikely event of a faulty sock please return the item/s to us for inspection. A refund or replacement will be issued only if we deem the sock/s to be faulty.

A refund or a replacement will be issued only for unused socks, in their original packaging and in 'As new' condition. The original invoice must also be returned with the socks.

Wrong size was ordered - If you have ordered the wrong size we may accept the socks back for a replacement or a refund; however, this does not apply to all socks (see below for eligible socks.) If you opt for a refund, any actual* freight costs incurred by us will be deducted regardless of the Free Shipping Option or the Flat Rate. Also, a 15% fee for restocking will be deducted.
No 'Free Shipping Option' is available for replacement orders. Actual freight cost will apply.
You may need to make an additional payment to cover shipping cost and any price variations.

*Actual freight cost to destinations outside Australia, on average, is about twice the Flat Rate.

A sock we suggested does not fit well - While we have the best of intentions when suggesting a sock to you, based on measurements provided to us, the final decision as to its suitability lies with you. Therefore if you wish to return these socks the rules that apply are the same as those for ordering the wrong size. See above.

Please note that some socks are non-refundable and/or non-replaceable. Please contact us by email with your request and we will advise you further.

Only the following socks may be returned if wrongly ordered:

  • Socks from the Woollen range with model number ending in '+'; Standard type only. 
  • All types of model number C215+ (Excluding Blue Tip). 
  • Standard and Blue types of model number C315+ 
  • All Fleecenette socks of the Standard 4 ply only. 
  • All Cool Wool socks of the Original 6 Ply only.

Made-To-Measure socks, hemmed socks, and socks with a suspension pin hole are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
